It is impossible to remove the shock absorber without removing the lower ball joint, the steering rod and the hub.

Please note some significant gaps during reassembly, carefully align the guide on the shock absorber in the vertical slot on the spindle.

Good morning,

thanks for the tutorial but I have a question when you say “The rim is placed on the inside of the hole” does that mean the rim will be on the engine side?

Because on my c3 this edge is on the wing side and I wonder if that has an impact.

Thanks for this great tutorial, however, is it necessary to do a parallelism after the operation as described in the tutorial or if we remove the lower ball joint from the pivot?
