Changing the front exterior mirror on a Nissan Qashqai

Open the door

Using a flat screwdriver, remove the handle cover by inserting it from underneath

Remove the 2 screws in the door handle (top and bottom)

Remove the interior door trim by pulling toward you on each corner to unclip the trim

Using a flat screwdriver, remove (unclip) the window regulator button.

Remove by gently pulling the mirror trim on the inside of the door towards you.

Using a flat screwdriver, remove the rearview mirror connector.

Using a small ratchet and a 10 socket, loosen the three screws holding the mirror in place.

Remove the three screws

Remove the rearview mirror

Compare the old and le nouveau rétroviseur; connector, dimensions and fixings identical

Snap (4 clips) the shell onto the new mirror

Reposition the mirror, starting by inserting the connector wire

Replace the three screws

Tighten the three mirror mounting screws

Reconnect the mirror connector

Carefully reposition the mirror trim inside the door

Reinstall the window lift button

Carefully reposition the interior door trim (several clips)

Reposition all trim clips on the interior door handle
