Introduction
Describe what you are going to do.

Bring the vehicle documentation and the tools needed for the operation, without forgetting the protective equipment (goggles, gloves, etc.).

Secure the vehicle

Loosen the wheel nuts and place the vehicle on jack stands.

Unscrew the wheel nuts and remove the wheels.
-
Clean the entire brake system with brake cleaner.
-
Never use compressed air or blow on parts of the braking system, as they release harmful dust.

Unscrew the two 13 bolts holding the caliper.
-
Clean the inside of the caliper and the piston
-
Never pull on the line or hang the bracket.
-
Remove the old pads and staples.
-

Using the piston pusher, return the piston to the stop.
-
Depending on the piston pusher model (or flat screwdriver), use the old pads to push the piston back.

Check the brake fluid reservoir so that it does not overflow.
-
Suspend the caliper so that it does not pull on the hose and check that the hose does not pinch.

Remove the two torx55 nuts that hold the caliper bracket to the disc bracket.

Clean the caliper bracket.

Unscrew the two screws holding the disc.

Use a mesh to loosen the disc and place the disc.
-

Apply a very thin layer of copper grease and place the new disc with its screws.
-
Follow the manufacturer's instructions, some new discs require cleaning.

Replace the caliper bracket with its two torx55 nuts, taking care to clean the threads of the nuts and replacing the thread lock.

Replace the new staples.

Install the new pads.

Follow the manufacturer's instructions, some new pads require cleaning or light abrasion before installation.

Replace the caliper and tighten the two 13 nuts, taking care to clean and replace the thread lock present.

Clean the assembly one last time so that there are no traces of grease on the brake components.

Reassemble the wheel and do the same operation on the opposite side.

Once the vehicle is off the jack stands, re-prime the brake system by pressing the pedal several times until it feels firm again.

During the first 500 kilometers the braking system will be running in and less powerful. Also, do not apply heavy braking which could damage the pads.
