Raise and chock the front of the vehicle. Remove the front wheels.

To access the brake pads you must remove the brake caliper

To remove the brake caliper, completely unscrew the lower fixing screw with a 13 mm and 17 mm wrench. And partially unscrew the upper screw to facilitate pivoting.

Lift the bottom of the caliper to pivot it around its upper mounting screw.

Hold it in place with bungee cords.

Open the brake fluid reservoir cap in the engine compartment.

Use a piston pusher to be able to put the caliper on the new brake pads.

Don't forget to close the fuel cap.

Compare brake pad dimensions.

Use brake cleaner and a wire brush on the pad contact points.

Replace the retaining spring.

Replace the brake caliper and mounting screws with threadlocker.

Press the brake pedal repeatedly until it stiffens before driving the vehicle.
