This tutorial helps you to change the front brake discs and pads on Peugeot 107 1.0 i 12V 68 cv

Unscrew and remove the Torx screw from the brake disc

Unscrew and then remove the screw from the bottom of the brake caliper

Tilt the brake caliper upwards

Compare old and new brake pads (shapes, dimensions)

Compare the dimensions between the old and new brake discs (circumference, dimensions)

Replace the disc, carefully check that the holes are correctly positioned with the hub.

Screw back and tighten the disc torx screw

Insert the piston pusher and push the piston back by turning the crank
-
Once the piston is pushed back, remove the piston pusher.

Reinstall the caliper yoke

Screw back and tighten the two screws holding the yoke

Remove the four guides present on the caliper yoke with a flat screwdriver
-
Clip the 4 new guides back on, noting their shape and position.

-
Gently press the brake pedal and pump until it becomes hard to bring the brake pads closer to the disc.

After replacing the brakes, it is necessary to run them in while driving, without sudden or sustained braking, in order to avoid too rapid a rise in temperature which could deform the discs and thus create vibrations in the steering when braking.
