Changing the front and rear wiper blades on a Citroën C5 I

Lift the wiper arm in photo 1. The wiper blade is locked to unlock it you have to tilt the wiper blade upwards (photo 2)

Once the wiper blade is unlocked, pull it upwards.

Once the wiper blade is removed, place the wiper arm on the windshield under a piece of cardboard.

Remove the protection from the new wiper blade by unclipping it by pulling on the 2 ends (green arrow photo 2)

Fitting the new wiper blade. Once the wiper blade is in place, tilt it back to lock it and place it on the windshield.

The largest wiper blade goes on the driver's side.

Raise the wiper arm and tilt the wiper blade to unlock it

Once the wiper blade is unlocked, pull it upwards to remove it.

Remove the wiper blades

Place the wiper arm on the windshield under a piece of cardboard.

Remove the windshield wiper blade protection by unclipping it by pulling on the 2 ends (green arrow)

Fitting the new wiper blade. Once the wiper blade is in place, tilt it back to lock it and place it on the windshield.

Raise the wiper arm

Pull down (photo 2) to unclip the wiper blade

Place the wiper arm on the windshield

Remove the wiper arm

Fitting the new windscreen wiper arm, press in the centre (photo 2) to clip it once folded down onto the windscreen

Once the windshield wipers have been changed, check the windshield washer fluid level.
