Changing the cabin filter on Volkswagen Polo 3

Pull the handle located at the bottom left under the steering wheel

Open the front hood

Remove the windshield bay seal

Locate the cabin filter (it is located at the top left under the windshield bay)

Lift the cover by pulling it upwards

Remove the cabin filter holder cover

Unclip the two clips from the cabin filter support

Remove the cabin filter holder with the filter inside

Clean any impurities present with a blower

separate the cabin filter bracket

Compare the dimensions between the old and le nouveau filtre d'habitacle (length,width)

Check the direction of installation of the filter with the arrow on the side of the filter

Insert the new cabin filter into its holder,

Two filter tabs insert into the side of the holder

Replace the support with the filter in its location (3 clips)

Check carefully that the filter is correctly positioned

Lock the two clips on each side of the cabin filter

Reposition the cover (2 clips)

Reposition the windshield bay grille, use a flat screwdriver to slide it under the windshield bay seal.
