Introduction

This tutorial is made on a Renault Traffic II phase 2 2.0 dCi Combi 90cv

  1. 
Pull the hood release flap located under the steering wheel to the left of the pedals to unlock the hood.

To open the hood, slide your fingers to the front middle under the hood and pull the tab of the opening mechanism towards you while lifting your hood.

No tools are required to replace the filter, it is accessed through the opening at the bottom of the box.

To remove the old cabin filter, press the 2 fixing clips located on the side of the box.

Once unlocked, all you have to do is remove the filter from its location.

Use a blower to clean the box.

Check the correspondence between the new and the old cabin filter (reference, length, width, thickness, etc.)

Present the filter in front of you with the 2 plastic lugs on top.

The 2 tabs are facing you.

Fit the filter vertically into the box, the 2 lugs must fit correctly into the groove at the bottom of the box.

Push the bottom of the filter to snap it into place.

Once the 2 clips are engaged, the filter is correctly positioned.

Good morning,

I am looking to replace the cladding with the insulating foam that surrounds the box fixed under the hood but I cannot find this part even by typing the references written on it.

Any idea where I can find this?
