Introduction

Tutorial made on Kia Ceed 1 (06 2006 -08 2009)

  1. 
Open the glove box
    • Open the glove box

Unscrew the glove box stop button on the left side

Unscrew the stop button on the right side

Release the glove box opening brake
    • Release the glove box opening brake

Allow the glove box to reach its lower position

Remove the plastic plate at the bottom
    • Remove the plastic plate at the bottom

The two tabs on the right side of the plate must be pinched and this will release the right side, then you must slide the plate slightly to the right in order to completely release the plastic plate

While changing the filter, I dislodged or broke... the glove box opening brake.

it moves and is no longer fitted, I can't see much and don't know what its initial position was like....

Any idea please to put it back? Thanks
