Introduction

Changing the air filter on MODUS 1.2 75CV for D4F engines

  1. 
Remove the awning grille by unscrewing the four 20 mm torx screws.

Remove the scoop under the awning grille with a 10 wrench (six bolts)
    • Remove the awning grille by unscrewing the four 20 mm torx screws.

    • Remove the scoop under the awning grille with a 10 wrench (six bolts)

  2. 
Disconnect the oil vapor hose and unscrew the air box clamp with a flat screwdriver

Unclip the oil dipstick

Lift the air box then slide it to the right to remove it.
    • Disconnect the oil vapor hose and unscrew the air box clamp with a flat screwdriver

    • Unclip the oil dipstick

    • Lift the air box then slide it to the right to remove it.

Disconnect the air supply by separating the two clips

Unscrew the 4 screws of the air box with a torx 20 screwdriver
    • Disconnect the air supply by separating the two clips

    • Unscrew the 4 screws of the air box with a torx 20 screwdriver

    • Open the air box

  4. 
Check that the new filter matches the old one and proceed with the change by cleaning the air box
    • Check that the new filter matches the old one and proceed with the change by cleaning the air box

    • Repeat steps 3,2,1 in reverse order to put everything back in place
