Locate the belt.
-
It is located at the bottom left when you open the hood.
-
Unscrew the upper alternator screw (16) and pull it out until it touches the body.
-
-
-
Then from the bottom, unscrew the 2nd alternator screw in blue (16) but not completely, just so that the alternator can move.
-
Then unscrew the yellow adjustment screw.
-
Once the screws are unscrewed, the alternator will start to move and you will then be able to remove the belt.
-
-
-
First, check that the belt you are going to put on is the same size.
-
Also check by ear if the alternator bearing is good.
-
Then put the new belt in place (it doesn't matter which way).
-
Tighten the adjusting screw (the alternator screws are always loose)
-
Tighten the belt until you can turn it 1/2 turn on itself, no more.
-
-
-
We check that the two belts are the same dimensions and match well.
-
In the 2nd photo, we see that the belt is cracked.
-
On the new belt, we see that it is in good condition.
-
-
-
Once you have tensioned the belt, screw the alternator screw back in at the bottom.
-
Tighten the top screw.
-
And check that the alternator is holding up well.
-
-
-
Once you have correctly reassembled the belt, run the engine for 5 minutes, and give it a few accelerations.
-
Stop the engine and check that the belt is still correctly tensioned.
-
Tighten or loosen the belt tension screw to tighten or loosen the belt.

Hello Bastian,
You should only be able to make a quarter turn with the belt.
If it's more, you have to tighten it, if it's me, you have to relax it.
You need to run the engine a little and then check the voltage again.
