To change your dipped beam bulb, you will need to open your hood using the hatch located in your Golf 7 below the light control.
-
Then locate the bulb cover, simply switch on the ignition on your vehicle, leave the dipped headlights on then the cover is located just behind the light bulb.
-
-
-
You can now unscrew by hand by turning the cover which is behind the bulb to then have access to the bulb.
-
You can now put your hands in the holder to touch the bulb holder.
-
Be careful to hold it properly when you take it out to avoid dropping it, use both hands if necessary.
-
-
-
By putting your hand in the location you will feel the support which makes contact with your bulb, hold it in your fingers then turn sharply counterclockwise.
-
Once removed, hold the support firmly so that it does not fall into the engine compartment otherwise you will have difficulty finding it.
-
-
-
You now have the holder and the bulb in your hands, pull the bulb upwards to unclip it.
-
If you can't do this, use a small flat-head screwdriver to lever it without dropping the bulb on the ground.
-
Once the bulb is removed , place the new bulb in the holder , respecting its direction.
-
-
-
Once the new bulb is put back on its holder , replace the assembly, to find the direction in which it will clip , turn it gently and you will feel that at one point it will fit without forcing into its housing.
-
Once it is pushed in well turn clockwise strongly because it is hard to reclip.
-
All you have to do is put the plastic cover back on just by screwing it into its support.

I could do it even shorter: remove the broken one and put a new one in. Except that to access it... that's where I would have liked your help... and to see the other tutorials, well it's not that simple. Disappointed by oscaro on this post.
Perfect! Thank you
