Changing a rear light on a Peugeot 407

turn both cover clips 1/4 turn clockwise

undo the cover from the top

and tilt it to remove it

disconnect the plug from the light by pressing the central tab while pulling towards you

If the light is equipped with an additional mass as is the case here, disconnect it by pulling towards you

unscrew the two plastic nuts with the 10mm wrench

remove the fire by pulling back the inner part

and exterior

clean the body part

put the fire in place by passing its two threaded rods into the locations of the bodywork (it's very simple, no chance of making a mistake)

hold the fire with one hand and reconnect the ground and the fire plug with the other hand

check that all bulbs are working before continuing

tighten the two nuts securing the light with the 10mm wrench

present the cache from below

then tilt it up

lock the fasteners by turning 1/4 turn counterclockwise
