Introduction
Here are the steps to replace one or more burnt out bulbs on the front lights of your Ford Fiesta V.
This tutorial also details the procedure to replace the main projector with a new one.
It is necessary to disassemble the main projector to access the bulbs.

Pull the hood release flap located under the steering wheel to the left of the pedals to unlock the hood.

To open the hood, pull the tab forward while lifting your hood.

To keep the hood of the car open, unhook the tab located on the wing to the left of the engine and place it in the slot provided under the hood.

Locate the grille where the FORD logo is located.
-
Unclip the 2 plastic clips holding the top of the grille

Unclip the 2 vertical clips holding the bottom of the grille and remove it upwards.

Remove the grille.
-

Unscrew the 3 fixing screws of the main projector using the large flat screwdriver or the torx key.
-
To go out the projector from its location by gently pulling it forward.

Disconnect the power plug from the main projector: press the retaining tab to release the plug.

You can remove the main projector.
-

At this point you can replace the main projector with a new one, make sure it is the same model.

The following steps show you how to reinstall the bulbs and reassemble your projector.

The H4 main light bulb is located under the large round cap.
-
The parking light bulb is located at the top under the rectangular rubber.
-
The turn signal bulb is located behind this round plastic cap.
-

Unscrew the round plastic cap 1/4 turn and check for the presence of the foam seal.

Disconnect the power plug.

Unhook the retaining tab to release the H4 bulb.

Remove the H4 bulb and replace it with a new bulb, checking its equivalence (model, power, etc.).

Put the H4 bulb back in its housing.
-
Repeat the operations from step 6 in reverse order.

Close the bulb retaining clip and snap it back into the notch.

Reconnect the power supply.
-
Close the round plastic cap by screwing it on 1/4 turn.

Unscrew the indicator bulb holder 1/4 turn

Remove the holder and remove the bulb: press on the bulb while unscrewing it 1/4 turn.

Replace the defective bulb with a new bulb and check the match (power, characteristics, etc.)

Replace the new bulb in its holder by pressing and turning it 1/4 turn until it stops.

Replace the turn signal bulb holder in the main headlight by screwing it 1/4 turn until it stops.

Remove the rectangular rubber cap.
-
You need to pinch the parking light bulb holder to be able to remove it from the main headlight.

Pull the defective bulb out of its holder.
-

-
Replace the defective bulb with a new one, checking the match (power, characteristics, etc.)

Replace the new bulb in the holder.
-
Snap the bracket back into the main projector.
-
Replace the rectangular rubber protective cap.
-
-
-
Reconnect the power plug of the main projector and replace the power cable in the notch.
-
Replace the main projector in its location.
-
Make sure the notch on the outside of the projector fits into the connector on the body.
-

Tighten the 3 fixing screws of the main projector with the flat screwdriver or the Torx key.
-
Replace the grille, place it back in the slots at the bottom and re-engage the 2 fixing clips located at the top.

Be careful to replace the hood release tab correctly. above from the grille. Otherwise you will not be able to open your hood.

You have replaced your defective bulbs and/or your main projector, this will avoid you being fined.
