Introduction
Something as simple as a brake light bulb is enough to result in a second MOT inspection.
To change the light only, follow steps 1 -3 -6 -7 - 8.

unscrew the 2 screws fixing the light, torx key T20

raise the fire

and tilt it slightly towards the front of the car

turn on the ignition

and press the brake to identify the faulty bulb

Have someone press the pedal or place a wedge between the pedal and the seat.

we see here that the 2 bulbs on the left are burnt out

Don't forget to turn off the ignition.

remove the faulty bulb(s) by simply pulling on them

The bulb has a connection direction. If in doubt, you have the other bulbs that you can use as a model.

put the new bulb in place by pressing it

These are the same bulbs as the position lights, type W5W.

If you want, you can temporarily plug in the board and test that everything works.

clean the bodywork before reassembling

You can also take advantage of this to clean the fire but avoid touching the plate.

present the plate on the fire and press to lock
-
replace the seal if necessary
-
reconnect the light, the plug has a key so there is no risk of error (you just have to press, you should hear a "click" when the plug is properly engaged)

put the fire back in place
-
screw in the 2 fixing screws, T20 torx key
