  22. Bleed the fuel filter by unscrewing the bleed screw until the diesel comes out of the same screw. Use the bulb by applying pressure to re-prime the diesel for 5 to 10 minutes (when the circuit is full of diesel the bulb becomes harder).

I found a priming pump, it is located just above the injectors, a large black tube, you will find it on a 3008 from 2010

When I open the purge, all the diesel empties out through the drain hole at the bottom.
