Removing the cover

Unsleeve the first part of the hose

Unscrew the screw holding the air filter inlet hose bracket

Remove the first part of the air filter inlet hose

Remove the second part of the air filter inlet hose

Loosen the first turbo air inlet clamp then the second clamp

Unclip to remove the turbo air inlet hose

Extract the hose starting with the turbo

To prevent the intrusion of any foreign bodies, place a cloth in the turbo intake, in the oil vapor evacuation hole and in the air filter outlet.

Remove the 2 screws holding the brake fluid reservoir

Place it on the side

The fuel filter is accessible

Remove the brake vacuum hose

Remove the diesel outlet hose

Disconnect the heater connector plug

Unlock the filter then pull the filter upwards

Under the filter, remove the diesel supply hose.

Extract the filter

Place a pan under the fuel filter and unscrew the bleeder screw to drain the fuel filter.

Remove the heater using a flat screwdriver as leverage.

Compare the template of the old and du nouveau filtre (dimensions, number of hoses and location of the heater)

Check for the presence of the two new heater gaskets

Remove the two old gaskets on the heater and replace the new ones

Replace the heater on the filter

Replace the filter on the slides and reconnect the diesel supply hose.

Replace the water presence sensor plug (optional)

Relock the filter

Replace the outlet hose

Replace the heater power plug

Replace the flow meter plug

Replace the brake vacuum hose

Bleed the fuel filter by unscrewing the bleed screw until the diesel comes out of the same screw.

Use the bulb by applying pressure to re-prime the diesel for 5 to 10 minutes (when the circuit is full of diesel the bulb becomes harder).

Tighten the bleed screw

Replace the first part of the air inlet hose then clip it

Remove the three rags

Reposition the turbo inlet hose

Tighten the two screws du collier of the air inlet hose

Reposition the air filter inlet hose bracket

Tighten the screw holding the air filter inlet hose bracket

Replace the cover

Re-sleeve the air filter inlet hose

Reposition the engine cover
