Introduction

Changing the air filter during periodic maintenance PEUGEOT 3008 1.6 HDi 16V FAP 110 cv

  1. 
Remove the injector cover.

Disconnect the air inlet hose.

Disconnect the air hose from the turbo, Loosen the clamp on the air box side with a flat screwdriver, loosen the clamp on the turbo side with multi-grip pliers or clamp pliers, disconnect the oil vapor pipe.
    • Remove the injector cover.

    • Disconnect the air inlet hose.

    • Disconnect the air hose from the turbo, Loosen the clamp on the air box side with a flat screwdriver, loosen the clamp on the turbo side with multi-grip pliers or clamp pliers, disconnect the oil vapor pipe.

Disconnect the air mass meter plug.

Unclip the priming pump and place it to the side.

Unclip the priming pump bracket.
    • Disconnect the air mass meter plug.

    • Unclip the priming pump and place it to the side.

    • Unclip the priming pump bracket.

Unscrew the 3 screws from the air filter cover with an allen key, two screws are located on the front of the air box cover.

The third is located on the right side of the air box cover.

    • Unscrew the 3 screws from the air filter cover with an allen key, two screws are located on the front of the air box cover.

    • The third is located on the right side of the air box cover.

  4. 
Remove the air box cover, Remove the air filter.

Clean the air filter tray.

Insert the new air filter. Snap the four tabs on the air box cover into their slots.
    • Remove the air box cover, Remove the air filter.

    • Clean the air filter tray.

    • Insert the new air filter. Snap the four tabs on the air box cover into their slots.

    • Tighten the three screws on the air box cover.

  5. 
To reassemble the parts, carry out the operations in the reverse order of disassembly.

Replace the air filter hose. Reconnect the air mass meter plug. Replace the turbo hose by tightening the 2 clamps then clip the part of the oil vapor pipe.

Replace the priming pump bracket and then reposition the priming pump.
    • To reassemble the parts, carry out the operations in the reverse order of disassembly.

    • Replace the air filter hose. Reconnect the air mass meter plug. Replace the turbo hose by tightening the 2 clamps then clip the part of the oil vapor pipe.

    • Replace the priming pump bracket and then reposition the priming pump.

    • Reposition the injector cover.

nickel you just have to not be afraid to dismantle some hoses my garage lost 1 screw and the air inlet does not hold properly I will have to put a sing riil
