Introduction
Changing your air filter is very simple. In fact, the operation is easy to do yourself.
The air filter plays a vital role in the proper functioning of our carburetor cars.
A dirty air filter can affect the richness of the air/fuel mixture, leading to engine fouling, for example.
This is why it is important to change it regularly.

Disconnect the oil breather.

Detach the carburetor cap by pulling it upwards, then set it aside.

It is normal for a small oil deposit to be present in the carburetor cover.

Unclip the two clips at the ends.

Rotate the filter counterclockwise and pull it upwards to remove it.

Then simply insert the new filter into the air box. Once in place, turn it clockwise to lock it.

Wipe the air box with a cloth before replacing the new filter.

Reassemble the cover, starting by reconnecting the oil breather.

Tighten the three clamps.

Be careful not to tighten the clamp too tightly at the carburetor so as not to deform it.
