Introduction

This tutorial explains how to change the air filter on a Hyundai i30 1.6 CRDi 16V 115 hp

On the air box you will find 4 clips that can be removed by hand by pulling on it, 2 in front, 1 on the left side and 1 behind on the right side.

Once the 4 clips remove, you will have to gently lifted the air box in going from right to left to be able to take it off.

Grab the air filter which is inside then pull it out upwards.

Remember to clean your air box and remove any residue inside.

Replace the air filter in respecting its meaning, press it firmly so that it is firmly seated at the bottom.

Then you will have to put the air box back in place above in the putting the clips back in front and pressing them firmly.

For good put the air box back you will need to make sure it is seated properly Then Replace the 4 clips by pushing them towards the air box.

Reminder : You have 4 clips to put back, 2 on the front part, 1 on the left part and 1 on the back right side of the air box.
