Introduction

Tutorial made on Peugeot 2008 1.6 HDi 115ch

  1. Remove the engine plate Locate the fuel filter Locate the fuel filter
    • Remove the engine plate

  2. Disconnect the hoses Disconnect the hoses
    • Disconnect the hoses

  3. Using the 24 mm flat spanner, unscrew the diesel filter. Remove the filter cover. Remove the filter cover.
    • Using the 24 mm flat spanner, unscrew the diesel filter.

    • Remove the filter cover.

  4. Check that the filter matches the old one Check that the filter matches the old one
    • Check that the filter matches the old one

  5. Install the new filter Install the new filter Install the new filter
    • Install the new filter

  6. Replace the filter gasket Replace the filter gasket
    • Replace the filter gasket

  7. Replace the cover Screw it using the 24 key Screw it using the 24 key
    • Replace the cover

    • Screw it using the 24 key

  8. Connect the filter hoses Replace the engine plate Replace the engine plate
    • Connect the filter hoses

    • Replace the engine plate

Why doesn't OSCAR HO explain the removal of hoses and electrical sockets???

I had a problem because the engine cover bracket touches the electrical outlet plug and I broke them when disassembling, to avoid this disassemble the bracket with a flat wrench. But thanks for the tutorial I think I managed and I saved 60 euros of labor.
