Insert a sturdy screwdriver into one of the holes in the disc to prevent it from rotating while you loosen the two disc retaining screws with a T30 Torx key.
-
-
-
Remove the column by sliding it, using a drift or pliers if necessary (it generally slides freely when it is not seized or damaged as here)
-
-
-
Tilt the other pad out of the caliper
-
Identify the position of the pads, there is a direction for reassembly
-
-
-
Rotate the disc so that it passes between the hub and the caliper (no need to disassemble it here)
-
-
-
Replace the disc by carefully inserting it between the caliper and the hub then tighten the retaining screws.
-
-
-
The pads are asymmetrical 2 by 2, there is a mounting direction, the shape of the caliper does not allow you to reverse the pads. They are installed without forcing
-
The piston side pad is placed with the smooth edge at the top and the point at the bottom.
-
-
-
The outer plate is placed with the smooth edge at the bottom and the point at the top.
-
-
-
Insert the column gently by spreading the top of the outer plate, then slide it to the other plate.
-
-
-
Slowly pump the brake pedal to bring the pads closer to the disc before repeating the operation on the other wheel

anyway everything is well explained I am not good on this computer thank you all
I think the “dot” is the hole for the den
Step 16 and 17, you indicate the smooth side and the side with the dot for the direction of the pads.
But you mark the opposite...
The point is at the top on the piston side and it is at the bottom on the outside side ;)
Really, a professional video, for great beginners. THANK YOU and well done RCHANG
Good tutorial, I followed it to the letter without any problem. Thank you.
