The engine must be switched off

Remove the engine cover(s)

Remove the exhaust gas pipes by unscrewing the 4 screws using of a key of 13. Remove the hose

Disconnect the 2 connectors
-

Using the 10 wrench, unscrew the 3 screws to remove the EGR valve
-
Remove the EGR valve
-
Difficult extraction, disassembly can be done in two parts
-
Clean the inside of the EGR valve duct
-
Comparison between the old and the new EGR valve
-
-
-
Tighten the 3 screws to secure the new EGR valve
-
Correctly position the seal on the EGR valve
-
-
-
Reconnect the 2 connectors
-
Reposition the exhaust pipe (4 screws)
-
Reposition the engine cover(s)
-
In order to avoid greasing your EGR valve, carry out an oil change and change the oil filter before starting the vehicle.
